By submitting this form, you acknowledge that scheduled markets cannot be canceled and may only be rescheduled. If a market is canceled for any reason, any vendor application fees, booth fees, or related charges already paid by vendors or third parties are the financial responsibility of the corporate location booking the market, and will be reimbursed in full.

To avoid charges when rescheduling, the new market date must be at least two weeks after the originally planned market date.

Once vendors are submitted to you for review, you have 48 hours to review the lineup and return any notes. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, SPS Productions has the right to select the vendors on your behalf.

A credit or debit card is required to hold your market. Your card will not be charged when you submit this form. It is kept on file only in case a fee applies under the cancellation policy above, and your card will never be charged without notice to you first. We check with your bank that the card is valid before saving it.
